Job Description

Scope of Services



Provide high-quality customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively. Maintain a positive brand image through excellent communication. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Update customer information and track issues in the CRM system. Provide customers with information about products/services. Assist with usage instructions, troubleshooting, and best practices. Gather customer feedback to improve service quality. Report recurring issues to management for further analysis. Maintain average response times within set targets. Monitor customer satisfaction scores through surveys.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
