Responsibilities
Prepare and manage purchasing documents such as Purchase Orders, quotations, and invoices.
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers for quotations, orders, and delivery arrangements.
Maintain and organize purchasing records systematically.
Ensure all purchasing processes follow company policies and procedures.
Support daily administrative tasks related to purchasing operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or department head.
Qualifications
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in Mandarin
is required, as most suppliers communicate in Mandarin.
Experience in purchasing or administrative work is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
