s: 1. Administrative Tasks (Approx. 50%) o Assist in daily project administrative management, such as office supplies procurement, meeting minutes, and kitchen ingredient purchases; o Assist with employee attendance tracking, duty scheduling, and accommodation coordination; o Handle visitor registration and reception, document dispatch, and communication coordination; o Assist in organizing meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and archiving; 2. Construction Documentation (Approx. 50%) o Assist the document controller/engineer in organizing, filing, and submitting construction documents; o Prepare and hand over various inspection and acceptance documents, and assist in compiling final project documentation; Job Requirements: o Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or equivalent. o Having construction knowledge or skills is an added advantage. o Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field. o Required language(s): Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
