- Sentul (office is located within walking distance to LRT Sentul/ LRT Sentul Timur)
- Monday to Friday with the option to choose either a morning or afternoon shift (4 hours per day)
- Morning shift (9:30 AM - 1:30 PM)
- Afternoon shift (1:30 PM - 5:30 PM)
- Able to work independently
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Pioer experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not necessary
- Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
