Responsibilities
Delivery Order and Invoice Issuing
Documentation Filling
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Guide maid for internal tasking.
Responsible for inventory management and checking, receiving order, etc.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
