Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate home installation requests from OEMs, including scheduling and site visits. Review contractor quotations, issue client invoices, and verify receipts with Finance. Monitor installation progress and ensure quality through contractor-provided photos. Maintain records of completed/pending jobs with client and contractor details. Upload installation reports to OEMs and handle client satisfaction surveys. Report completed/failed cases to Finance weekly for contractor payments. Address client inquiries and liaise with OEM HQ for special arrangements. Attend relevant meetings and training sessions. Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Warehouse, Contractors, and Clients to ensure smooth processes.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or Diploma graduates Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of relevant working experience in administrative or operations support, preferably in a fast-paced or corporate environment. Proven experience in handling office operations, procurement, documentation, and coordination tasks. Familiarity with basic office procedure, accounting, or logistics processes will be an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office systems.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
