Job Description

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate\'s or bachelor\'s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the events or entertainment industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with customer relationship management ( RM) software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.

• Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and answering phone calls and emails.
• Provide support for marketing and social media activities, including managing social media accounts and assisting with event promotion.
• Manage customer relations by responding to inquiries, handling customer complaints, and processing orders and payments.
• Handle logistics for events, including booking venues, coordinating with vendors, and managing event schedules.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for financial transactions, inventory, and other business metrics.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the company.
