Job Description



Maintain and update inventory and stock records in the warehouse management system (VENNPOS) and Ms Excel. Prepare and process shipping, receiving, and delivery documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.). Assist in scheduling incoming and outgoing shipments and coordinate with transport providers. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports. Support the Warehouse Manager in monitoring inventory levels and reconciling discrepancies. Ensure accurate data entry for stock movements, returns, and adjustments. Maintain proper filing of all warehouse documents and correspondence. Communicate with internal departments regarding deliveries and stock availability. Support compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement



High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is an advantage. Proven experience in administrative or warehouse support roles. Knowledge of inventory management systems (VENNPOS or others inventory system) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
