1. Mengurus dan menyelenggara fail, rekod, serta dokumen syarikat
2. Membantu dalam urusan pentadbiran harian pejabat termasuk surat-menyurat, borang dalaman, penyediaan laporan, dan penyimpanan rekod.
3. Membantu dalam urusan pembayaran, tuntutan, dan proses perakaunan asas (contoh: penyediaan Payment Voucher, petty cash record, invois, bil).
4. Menyelia stok alat tulis, peralatan pejabat, dan membuat pesanan apabila diperlukan.
5. Menguruskan panggilan telefon, e-mel dan tetamu yang hadir ke pejabat.
6. Menyokong bahagian lain dalam tugas pentadbiran seperti sumber manusia, kewangan atau operasi mengikut keperluan.
7. Memastikan persekitaran pejabat sentiasa kemas, tersusun dan teratur.
8. Menjalankan tugasan lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.
Kelayakan:
SPM
Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Berdisiplin, teliti dan bertanggungjawab dalam tugasan.
Mempunyai sikap positif dan mampu bekerja dalam pasukan.
