Looking for Mandarin Speaker to deal with China Market .The primary nature of this job requires for the candidate to closely track ad-hoc purchases throughout its various stages using Client\'s software. Essentially from receiving the request to uploading quotation to uploading the DO and subsequently collating a billing summary to the Client, all these works are carried out on the software. Probably 70% of the candidate\'s time will be focused on this aspect. The remaining 30% will cover aspects such as managing building and car park access cards, CCTV footage review (usually only when incidents occur) and handling meeting minutes. Due to the somewhat ad-hoc nature of this, the occasional OT is to be expected. Job Responsibilities . To provide general administration support with a focus on the preparation and maintenanceof files. . To manage administrative work and filing. . To manage the effective archiving, retention and destruction of visitor records. Keepinginformation stored safely. Safeguarding against incidents of information security breach. . To deal with telephone and face-to-face queries . Support in issuance and tracking of PO/ PR . Manage carpark and office access card issuance for our client employees and visitors . Booking and managing the use of meeting room . Tracking and ordering on time for pantry supplies and other consumables . Manage the utilities including but not limited to water, electricity including tracking onconsumption by preparing monthly tracking and reporting of energy and energy utilize data . Verify monthly reporting of client\'s fixed and above cost spends . Ensure complete supporting documentation submission for payment capture and releaseprocess . To carry out other miscellaneous duties as directed
