Basic operations task, at least 6 months experience, good in communication and manage to deliver to ground operation to comply. However, Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge in Google Docs & Google Sheets.
Fluent in conversing in Mandarin, Simple English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to start immediately is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
To perform administrative tasks
To coordinate with Office Management on all individual staff entitlements
To carry out Staff daily attendance record and supporting document
Maintain proper and systematic filing system and ensure effective document control for easy access and retrieval
To perform any ad hoc duties as required
