  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
  • Good in verbal and written communication skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin)
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and manage time efficiently.
Scopes:
  • Responsible for administrative tasks
  • Screen incoming phone calls and deal with customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries
  • Perform data entry and update the database system
  • Maintain office supplies and manage office inventory
  • Schedule appointments (internal and external) and prepare documents for meetings
