Job Summary
The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functions in a live seafood business environment. This includes handling documentation, coordinating logistics, managing records, supporting finance-related tasks, and ensuring timely communication between suppliers, logistics, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage daily office operations, filing systems, and correspondence.
Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
Maintain accurate supplier, customer, and inventory records.
Ensure proper documentation for shipments, import/export activities, and customs clearance.
Coordinate office and operational supplies, including packaging materials and logistics equipment.
Operations & Logistics Coordination
Support logistics arrangements for live seafood deliveries and shipments.
Liaise with cold storage facilities, transporters, and suppliers to ensure timely operations.
Assist in monitoring stock movement and updating management on inventory status.
Work closely with quality control and warehouse teams on product handling and compliance.
Finance & Reporting
Handle petty cash, billing, and assist in basic bookkeeping.
Use Auto Count system for data entry, inventory, and accounting-related tasks.
Prepare administrative and operational reports for management review.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Specialized Training: Computer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of Auto Count software will be an added advantage.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
