Good interpersonal skills, proactive, good communication skills and self-motivated
Strong administrative skills and an excellent command in English (both in verbal and written form)
Good knowledge of computer basics and/or office applications
Knowledge of accounting is an added advantage

To manage the constantly changing diary effectively and efficiently using own initiative
To organize and schedule meeting/ conferences and the required rooms, equipment and hospitality
Undertake other administrative assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required
