Qualifications :

Diploma

Bachelor degree

in any field
Other Requirements :

Good interpersonal skills, proactive, good communication skills and self-motivated Strong administrative skills and an excellent command in English (both in verbal and written form) Good knowledge of computer basics and/or office applications Knowledge of accounting is an added advantage

Working experience

within 1 years, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

To manage the constantly changing diary effectively and efficiently using own initiative To organize and schedule meeting/ conferences and the required rooms, equipment and hospitality Undertake other administrative assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
