Description

To provide documentation support to the Company Secretary

Responsibilities

  • Handling documents, preparing forms, letters and resolutions.
  • certification of documents
  • Arranging documents for signatures
  • Updating register book
  • Pasting of notices/minutes/resolutions in minutes book
  • other task or ad-hoc assignment
Qualifications
  • SPM or above
  • Computer literate, particularly Microsoft Words.
  • Possess own transport
  • Able to work for 2 months contract
