About the job Admin System
Position : Admin System
Industry : Oil & Gas
Location : Johor
Scope of Works:

  • Handle and update daily job-related records and tracking.
  • Review and record findings from job packs.
  • Manage timesheet entries and approvals.
  • Coordinate documentation, both physical and digital.
  • Support reporting and tracking for maintenance activities.
Minimum Requirement(s):
  • Diploma in Science/Engineering/Technology OR Certificate from INSTEP (or equivalent).
  • Valid OGSP & CIDB (or equivalent) certification.
