Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and data-driven

Talent Manager (Administrative)

to lead our live streaming team. This role requires expertise in

live commerce, data analysis, team management, and performance optimization

to ensure maximum engagement and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

developing live strategies, managing hosts' performance, optimizing content, and improving sales conversions

.

Responsibility

:

1. Live Stream Strategy & Planning

2. Live Host Management & Performance Optimization

- Schedule, leave arrangement, performance report and commission report.

- Review host at least once per week.

- Recruit, training, product knowledge development to live host.

- KPI included sales, attendance, performance of live host.

- Arrange live host schedule to maximise their non-live hours with shooting / live teaser

- Live room and equipment set up before go live

- Sample inbound and outbound record

3. Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring

4. Collaboration & Cross-Team Coordination

- Work closely with the

marketing, e-commerce, and product teams

to ensure smooth operations of live campaigns.

- Align live streaming strategies with the company's sales and marketing objectives

5. Daily posting social media TikTok account video (done by content team, only posted by Live HOD)

1. New Joiner on-boarding

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in live streaming, e-commerce, or digital marketing.

- Strong background in data analysis, including interpreting analytics and making data-driven decisions.

- Proven experience in managing live hosts, scheduling, and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, Facebook Live, or other live-selling platforms.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Passion for live commerce, content creation, and sales growth.

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing trends.

- Advantage if used to be live host senior and provided training to other live host.

- General Excel skills.

- Good attendance and willing to support if any crisis happened.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,010.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
