Job Description


Responsibilities :

  • To arrange working schedule of retail outlet.
  • Purchasing: (PR/PR/Sales Invoice)
  • Filing and Record-Keeping: Assist pharmacist to organize and maintain pharmacy records, including prescriptions, invoices, bills, and other documentation.
  • Sales Report: Check daily transactions and keyed in POS.
  • Record Petty Cash
  • Stock Check and Stock Expiry: Keep track of pharmaceutical inventory, order and receive medications, and manage stock levels to ensure availability of essential drugs and supplies.
  • Submit Evaluation, Attendance and Invoice: Thumbprint attendance, submit to HR.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Organized Workspace: Keep the pharmacy area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements :
  • Minimum SPM education level.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, ability to speak in Mandarin or any local dialects will be an added advantage.
  • At least 1 year experience in administrative field.
  • Able to commit to 1 year contract.
  • Working days : Monday Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm)
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
