Position : AdminCompany Industry : Food Service SolutionWorking Hours : Monday to Friday (0830 hour to 1730)Working Location : The Boulevard Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur ( 2 WFH and 3 WFO)Working Duration: 6 months contract with PERSOLKELLYRemuneration : Basic salary RM2,500 - RM3,000 (based on qualification & experience) with statutory contributionExpected to start on April 2024WHO CAN APPLY?
- Diploma/Degree holder
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience with project-related organizational entity changes is a plus.
- Able to start in short notice
- Open for Malaysian
- Will be responsible for monitoring sales orders to ensure compliance with shipment cut-off times using SAP and Power BI reports under the guidance of Customer Solutions Specialist (CSS) team. This role involves manual re-entry of sales orders into another organizational entity for projects involving organizational entity changes.
