Supporting with product listings, pricing updates and product labelling.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels across all product categories.
Provide administrative support for the merchandising team, including data entry, tracking, reporting and filing.
Issue purchase order, good receive note and delivery order.
Handle general administrative tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
1-2 years of administrative experience preferred (fresh graduates may also apply).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and support various departments as needed.
