The Warehouse Admin is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth warehouse operations. This role includes documentation, data entry, inventory coordination, communication with suppliers/logistics, and assisting the production manager in daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Documentation
Prepare and maintain warehouse documents such as delivery orders (DO), invoices, stock transfer forms, goods received notes (GRN), and purchase orders (PO).
?Update daily warehouse reports (inbound/outbound, stock movement, dispatch schedules).
Maintain accurate filing systems (physical & digital).
2. Inventory Coordination
Assist in monitoring stock levels and recording stock movements.
?Coordinate daily cycle counts and monthly/quarterly stock audits.
Ensure all inventory entries are accurately updated in ERP/WMS systems.
3. Warehouse Operations Support
Coordinate inbound and outbound scheduling with logistics partners and transporters.
Support warehouse supervisors with packing lists, labels, and shipment documents.
Assist in tracking shipments and resolving delivery discrepancies.
4. Communication & Coordination
Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments (procurement, sales, production).
Handle inquiries related to delivery status, stock availability, and documentation.
5. Compliance & Safety
Ensure all warehouse documentation complies with company policies.
Assist in maintaining safety records and compliance checklists.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse administration or similar role.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and preferably.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Additional Requirements (Optional)
Knowledge of inventory management practices.
Ability to work flexible hours if required (e.g., peak season, urgent deliveries).
Familiarity with logistics documentation (DN, CN, B/L, etc.).

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
