Account:



Reconcile bank statements with company records. Check for discrepancies and errors in accounts and resolve them. Processing invoices and making timely payments to vendors. Issuing invoices to customers and ensuring prompt collections. Managing employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions. Monitoring cash flow to ensure the business has enough liquidity to meet obligations. Managing cash reserves and working capital.

Tender Preparation:



Preparing and drafting tender documents (Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ), or Invitation to Tender (ITT)). Ensuring the tender documents include clear specifications, scope of work, terms and conditions, and evaluation criteria. Reviewing and evaluating submitted tenders based on pre-established criteria (price, quality, delivery time, etc.). Identifying and selecting the most suitable suppliers or contractors based on evaluation results. Negotiating with suppliers to clarify terms, conditions, and pricing. Negotiating terms and conditions with selected suppliers or contractors. Ensuring that contractual terms align with company policies, legal requirements, and risk management.
