Responsibilities:
Assist in daily administrative and office operations
Handle basic accounting tasks such as data entry, payment preparation, and filing
Maintain proper record-keeping and documentation
Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and payment vouchers
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments as needed
Support HR-related administrative matters when required
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements:
Preferably Chinese-speaking candidate (for coordination with internal team and clients)
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Accounting, or related field
Basic knowledge of accounting work (no need full set)
Good communication skills, responsible, and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
