Job Description

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

1. Mengelola dan mencatat transaksi keuangan harian (penerimaan dan pengeluaran).

2. Menyusun dan memeriksa faktur/tagihan (invoice) untuk klien dan vendor.

3. Membantu proses rekonsiliasi bank secara berkala.

4. Menyimpan dan mengarsipkan dokumen keuangan dan administrasi secara rapi dan teratur.

5. Menginput data transaksi ke dalam sistem akuntansi (misalnya: Accurate, MYOB, SAP, atau lainnya).

6. Membantu proses penyusunan laporan keuangan bulanan dan tahunan.

7. Melakukan follow-up pembayaran dari klien dan memproses pembayaran ke supplier.

8. Membantu dalam proses audit internal dan eksternal.

9. Menangani administrasi umum yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan akuntansi dan keuangan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
