RESPONSIBILITIES:
Issue invoice, official receipt and payment voucher
Data entry- payroll system
Maintain and organise company files and records
To perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor
REQUIREMENT:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting. Business Administration, or related field
1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred (Fresh graduates may also apply)
Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Autocount)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
