Job DetailsResponsibilities: Responsible for all office administration and accounts work. Preparation of Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoice, Inventory records, payroll using SQL software, office paperwork & filing, manage accounts, provide support for the accounting using SQL Accounting software, finance and etc. Self-motivated, hardworking & able to work independently under intense pressure. Dynamic with pleasant personality. Report to Finance Manager. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel) and comfortable with basic computer operations. Requirements: The candidate must have a minimum Diploma in Accounting or Finance. Proven experience as Admin/Accounts Clerk with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office. You must have experience in operating SQL Accounting and SQL Payroll software.
