Handle billing-related job tasks (Invoice, Credit Note, Debit Note)
Responsible for daily accounts recording functions
Responsible for the timely submission, accuracy and maintenance of financial records
Prepare payment voucher in timely manner
Handle monthly expense claim records for Director and Staffs
Providing support to the accounting and administration department
Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering calls, processing the mail, and etc
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements: -
Candidate must possess at least STPM/ Diploma/ Degree in Accounting/ Islamic Banking/ Business Administration/ OR any relevant field
Fresh graduates and candidate with NO experience is encourage to apply
Able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Able to multi-task and work in a team with minimum supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
