Job Description



-Involved in evaluation of appointed approved supplier

-Price comparison and price negotiation

-Necessity of issuing of PR & PO concerned

-Overall purchasing involved in staff/driver uniform, purchase of office stationaries, company printed for(letter head,delivery note, jobsheet, logbook, Schencker Time Track and etc) and miscellaneous item

-Diverting of PR& PO to group admin for approval.

-Monthly admin report need to submit to group admin before 10th of each month.

-Monthly office maintenance (office lighting, air conditioning , furniture, fire extinguisher ) are operating well and in good order.

-Involved in Telco HP monthly tracking and checking

-Monitoring staff attendance , personal attitude , work dedication and team work spirit

-Preparing of payroll report and monthly report to Group HR

-Recruiting of new contract driver and staff whenever required.

-Responsible for staff and driver's insurance matters

-Any ad-hoc task as assigned by the management.

Requirements:-

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate / Diploma/ Degree regardless of the specific field of study At least 3-5 years' experience in related field. Converse effectively in English, Malay & Mandarin Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities
