Admin/HR Executive

Location : Cyberjaya

Salary range : RM3200.00

JOB DESCRIPTION

o Human Resources Functions

1.Recruitment & Onboarding

oAssist in manpower planning and recruitment activities (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews).

oPrepare employment contracts, offer letters, and ensure onboarding formalities are completed.

oConduct orientation for new hires and ensure proper documentation of employee records.

2.Payroll & Compensation

oProcess monthly payroll and ensure accuracy of salary, allowances, overtime, and deductions.

oManage statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB) and ensure timely submission.

oMaintain leave and attendance records, and prepare related reports.

3.Employee Relations & Engagement

oSupport grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and employee communications.

oAssist in organizing staff engagement activities, training programs, and welfare initiatives.

oMonitor employee performance appraisal process and follow up with department heads.

4.Compliance & HR Governance

oEnsure HR policies comply with Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, PDPA 2010, and other labor laws.

oMaintain employee files, HRIS/HRMS systems, and confidential records.

oPrepare HR-related reports for management.

Requirement

Minimum Diploma or Degree in related studies with min 2 to 4 years of experience required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
