Responsibilities :
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Support in organizing and maintaining employee records.
Help with the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Assist with onboarding new employees.
Support in organizing company events and meetings.
Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.
Requirements :
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
