IBC TOURS are based in Kuala Lumpur looking for new candidates in the respected fields such as HR/PROCUMENT/ADMIN.
-Holds at least Diploma or Degree in administrative and accounting field.
-Fresh Graduates and SPM graduates are welcome to apply.
-Assist in the daily administration and management
-Assist management in the daily schedule and appointments
-Assist in preparing documents and filling
-Assist in preparing invoice and payment receipts
-Handling calls and appointments
-Able to work and have passion with special needs children
-Able to work in a team and work independently
-Have own transport
-Have good Self Discipline and Good Attitude
-Be thorough and pay attention to details.
-Empathy and adaptability
-Strong verbal communication skills. English is a must.
-Willing to accept and adapt to learn.
-Multitasking skills are needed.
-Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills gained in a high-volume environment with competing demands.
-Ability to handle stress is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
