Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Manages outgoing and incoming documents and records same to be circulated amongst the office team. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Write submissions by reading, researching, reviewing, verifying, and perusing correspondence, reports and legal documents; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information. Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in any field. However fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
