Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Administration and Finance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Kaula Lumpur, Malaysia.

Ensures that statutory accounts and management reports are prepared within the prescribed lead times and in accordance with local law and Group regulations. Accounting / ERP running on a customized version of SAP and based on a sophisticated controlling model.

Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including analysis and commentaries on variances. Reporting done in OneStream.

Responsible the monthly forecast and yearly budget cycle include preparation of monthly Balance Sheet and PL forecast and variance analysis.

Manage relationships with local and international team, auditors. tax advisors and other regulatory bodies

Manage monthly closing timeline with local team

Monitor financial transactions to ensure proper handling of information and approve transactions within designated limits

Provide guidance and mentoring to team members in all accounting matters.

Required Skills/ Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures

Self-motivated, resourceful, hands-on, and meticulous

Proven Experience with SAP

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to cope with time pressure and to manage relations within a large international company.

Required Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor\'s degree in accountancy and MIA/CPA/ACCA/ with minimum of 5 years handling full sets of accounts in large international organization
