  • Bachelor's Degree:A degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration is standard.
  • Work Experience:Typically requires a minimum of 3- 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
*Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:Strong ability to analyze data, solve problems, and think critically is essential.
*Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.
*Technical Skills:Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Autocount ) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must.
*Financial Reporting:Leading the finance and accounts department, performing financial analysis, and preparing reports.
*Strategic Input:Providing financial insights to support strategic business planning and decision-making.
Tanggungjawab
Financial Management & Reporting
  • Prepare and consolidate financial statements to support project site reporting and performance analysis.
  • Develop and manage the company's annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic financial objectives.
  • Analyse operational and accounting data to explain trends, variances, and deviations from historical performance, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Prepare Management Business Review (MBR) reports and executive reporting decks for strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and timely financial documentation in compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements.
Process Optimization & Cost Control
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities across departments, production lines, and operational workflows.
  • Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative and financial processes.
Governance & Documentation
  • Develop, update, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Accounts & Finance Department, covering internal controls and external reporting workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, certification standards, and corporate governance policies.
Strategic & Operational Support
  • Support project site operations with financial insights, budget tracking, and cost analysis.
  • Participate in cross-departmental planning, procurement reviews, and supplier coordination for financial alignment.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and special projects as directed by senior management, including operational reviews and stakeholder presentations.
General Administration
  • Provide administrative oversight for finance-related activities, including payment processing, documentation control, and audit preparation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support company operations and strategic initiatives.
