Bachelor's Degree:A degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration is standard.
Work Experience:Typically requires a minimum of 3- 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.

Prepare and consolidate financial statements to support project site reporting and performance analysis.
Develop and manage the company's annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic financial objectives.
Analyse operational and accounting data to explain trends, variances, and deviations from historical performance, budgets, and forecasts.
Prepare Management Business Review (MBR) reports and executive reporting decks for strategic decision-making.
Maintain accurate and timely financial documentation in compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements.
Process Optimization & Cost Control
Identify cost reduction opportunities across departments, production lines, and operational workflows.
Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative and financial processes.
Governance & Documentation
Develop, update, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Accounts & Finance Department, covering internal controls and external reporting workflows.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, certification standards, and corporate governance policies.
Strategic & Operational Support
Support project site operations with financial insights, budget tracking, and cost analysis.
Participate in cross-departmental planning, procurement reviews, and supplier coordination for financial alignment.
Handle ad-hoc assignments and special projects as directed by senior management, including operational reviews and stakeholder presentations.
General Administration
Provide administrative oversight for finance-related activities, including payment processing, documentation control, and audit preparation.
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support company operations and strategic initiatives.
