Job Description

  • Your work schedule will be by shift (Latest shift until 12am)
  • Must be able to work by shift, weekend and public holiday
  • Must always be punctual, tidy works and have a good responsibility attitude
  • Able to take stress and willing to learn
  • Must always be polite and responsive while dealing with guest
  • Assist in all administrative works i.e. Photostatting, scanning, typing, organizing files, date entry work etc
  • Front desk receptionist duties. Handle daily check-in and check-out guest
  • Must be able to handle all incoming calls pertaining to reservation and guest request
Job Qualifications:
  • Good working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point
  • Discreet and able to handle private and confidential information
  • With or without experience are welcome. With experience will be added advantage
  • Fresh graduation are welcome
  • Working experience in service industry will be an added advantage for this position
  • Candidate must be able to speak English
  • Able to speak or write Chinese will be an added advantage for this position
  • Good communication skill and able to work in a team
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month Schedule:
  • Rotational shift
