Requirements:




Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field At least 1 year of experience in a sales support or administrative role Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written) Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities:




Provide administrative support to the recruitment team throughout the hiring process Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clients Prepare candidate profiles, reports, and documents for client review Update and maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers Follow up with candidates on document collection, interview attendance, and onboarding requirements Support in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and online assessments Ensure all recruitment-related documents are properly filed and archived
