Job Description


Job Responsibility Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management. Assist in resolving any administrative problems. Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries. Handle Company driver for their routine work. Schedule and coordinate meetings, training and seminar. Issue and raise CN and invoice. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and email. Handle all admin duties pertaining to the department. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/\'A\' Level/Pre-U/Diploma in any field for the above positions. Fresh graduate are welcomed Committed, responsible and pay attention to detail work Experienced in any field Good communication skills. Able to communicate in English. Required skill(s): PC literate in Microsoft Office, Pleasant personality, self-motivated and teamwork. Job Benifits Training will be provided.
