Job Responsibilities



Plan, coordinate and perform various administrative functions to ensure accuracy and smooth of sales operations. Key in sales data into SAP accurately. Provide administration and operational support including managing postage/ courier, stationery, facility and utility. Assist Sales Manager in managing Vehicle Sales Order (VSO), booking, and stock arrangement. Process documents from branches such as claims, petty cash, cheques, bills, Request for Payments (RFP). Compile overtime, training & development activities for sales department. Issue official receipt/ invoice to customers/ branches & finance department. Support Sr. Executive - Sales/ Sales Manager operation with regards to sales department operational activities. Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the superior.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
