Responsibilities:
To control Incoming & Out-going Calls, Mails/Correspondence EmailsTo check Daily Security ReportsTo arrange and monitor DispatchTo welcoming VisitorTo counter check Purchase Order, Delivery Order & Invoice from PurchasingTo control environment of Building, Content & FacilityTo arrange and monitor cleaning lady jobTo record property distribution & update summaryTo record and control stationery printing distributionTo record & control photocopier usage & biling (Office & Site)To record & monitor company extention listingTo record & control company stamp distributionTo prepare memo/notices/correspondence
Requirements:
Possess at least Diploma in in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.Positive working attitude and responsible.Proactive and able to work under pressureExcellent organisational, time and self-management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office & familiar in construction line
