Able to communicate and read in Mandarin is a must. Speak fluent and good writing in English will added advantage.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / "A" Level / Diploma In Any Field.
Good communication skills
Fresh candidate without experiences will be considered but 1 year of working experience will be an added advantage.
Required skill(s): PC literate in Microsoft Office,
Pleasant personality, self-motivated and teamwork.
Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate meetings, training and seminar
Communicate and closely follow up with potential client
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
Need to do simple account and training will be provided.
Performs all other related duties as assigned.
