• Position: Administration Clerk/Assistant.
• Salary: RM 1700-2000.
• Job location: Kuala Lumpur(City center; 5-day week).

Currently we are seeking individuals who are interested in office administration role for an established group of insurance companies based at city center in Kuala Lumpur.
Job function & responsibilities
This junior position would be responsible for record keeping tasks and filling of documents, completing paperwork and clerical duties.
Typical duties include:
\xc2\xb7Responsible for daily processing of incoming and outgoing mail, all photocopy work and all mail distribution.
\xc2\xb7Responsible for filing or attaching mail.
\xc2\xb7Responsible for file pulls as redirected by immediate supervisor.
\xc2\xb7Responsible for maintenance of al claim files,replacing old files.
\xc2\xb7Responsible for returning all files to the respective file shelves.
\xc2\xb7Perform data entry tasks when required.
\xc2\xb7Maintenance of records and filling activities.
Job Requirements :
\xc2\xb7Malaysian male or female; age between 20-30.
\xc2\xb7Minimum Qualification: SPM/UEC or Diploma.
\xc2\xb71-2 years of work experience in office administration and filing maintenance system.
\xc2\xb7Previous work experience in insurance industry would be an advantage.
\xc2\xb7Good computer and data entry skills.
\xc2\xb7Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
