Job Description

Responsibility



Responsible in company daily administration work including the daily routine admin and account work. Responsible to prepare E-invoice document, payable salary and etc. Responsible to receive the supplier delivery and sign the delivery order on behalf of managers / directors with the given authority by them. Responsible for all the company admin and account files & documents compilation and proper storage in the filing cabinet. Responsible to prepare the any documents requested by the managers / director. Responsible to all works related to attendance of all company staff. Complete other assignment or task given by the immediate superior and company directors. Responsible to apply all the application licenses or renew license and insurance.

Requirements



Candidate must possess at least SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent. Fresh graduates the most expected to apply. Good communication & leadership skills. Independent, self-motivated and result oriented. Language - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (able to converse in mandarin will be an added advantage) Microsoft Office , SQL software , E-Invoice
