Location of work: Alor Gajah, Melaka Working hours: Monday - Friday 9 am - 530 pm, Saturday 9 am - 1 pm Job description: Managing payroll systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions Handling recruitment, employee counseling and disciplinary matters Implementing HR policies, employee handbook, SOP for operation and management staff Preparing documentations including memo and letters Maintaining proper records of files on database and hardcopy documents Processing all reporting to authorities in timely manner and renewal of all licenses Monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory, office equipment, pantry items and premise conditions Assisting in ad hoc assign duty as required
