Responsible to support company day-to-day administration and office support (including office reception, stationery, photostat machines, seat arrangement, maintenance & cleanliness, season pass application, office tour, company event etc)
Maintaining internal records including preparing, processing, and recording documents
Source and negotiate with vendors on office related purchases including reviewing vendor agreements
Responsible to maintain office supplies, pantry items and other incidental items
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of office and equipment as well as to supervise and inspect contractor\'s work
Work and co-ordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and effective operations (eg, new hires onboarding matters - welcome new hires in lobby, bringing them for office tour, T-shirt distribution and register fingerprint and face recognition access etc)
Sense of urgency in delivering timely and quality work
Petty cash handling
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
Due to nature of work, you need to work in office 5 days full time
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
At least 1-2 years working experience in a similar field with good understanding of business processes
Independent, good time management skills, and problem solving aptitude.
Good English and Chinese communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Mandarin with all levels of stakeholders and co-workers
