Administration Executive Cum Secretary

Job Description

:

1) Reporting to the Managing Director and performing secretarial and administrative duties.

2) Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.

3) Undertake assignments and ad-hoc duties as and when required.

4) Assign daily work schedule for Office's despatch & driver

Requirement :

1) At least 3 years of working experience with at least Diploma in any field.

2) Excellent communication skills at all levels and proficiency in both spoken and written English

3) Good Knowledge of MS Office

4) Problem-solving and able to handle extremely detailed & highly confidential information.

5) Meticulous and committed to completing a task given and able to meet the deadline

6) Good personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
