Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • To Handle stock (furniture) - received & deliver.
  • To ensure all stock are recorded & well-manage.
  • To manage delivery schedules & generate delivery report.
  • To create & manage customer account.
  • To handle emails, phone calls and whatsapps inquiry.
  • To maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • To Manage inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  • To ensure all operational activities running smoothly.
Job Requirements
  • At least diploma in any field.
  • At least 2 years working experience in administration or office management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work in minimum supervision.
  • familiar with SQL or UBS system.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
