Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Logistics or any related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar role and related field.
Good communication skills in English both oral and written. Good interpersonal skills and able to interacts with all levels of Management.
Have knowledge in Contract Management. (e.g. : Contracts Act 1950, Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1952; National Land Code;Customs Act 1967, Ports (Privatisation) Act 1990, Port Authorities Act 1963 & Free Zone Act 1990)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites; Word, Excel and PowerPoint and social media platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The roles are to support the various responsibilities of the Administration Department including:
Manage rental agreements, which involves monitoring and recording new applications, overseeing renewals and terminations, and maintaining records of existing sublease agreements.
Manage insurance policies, assets, and liabilities, including tasks such as obtaining broker quotations, policy review, premium payments, incident reporting, compensation claims, and providing claim history/statistics.
Monitor and inspect rental areas/warehouses/offices for new or terminated tenancy.
Engage with government bodies and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
Assist customers or clients with inquiries and provides basic information.
Prepare yearly budget expenditures, forecasts, and revenue.
Provides administrative support by assisting team members in preparing documents and reports, drafting and proofreading written communications.
