Job Requirements:
Have 2 years related working experience in same company.
Euip with basic accounting knowledge.
Knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word.
Preferable those can speak Mandarin speaker will be added advantage.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills, good problem-solving skill, multi-tasking, self-motivated with ability to work independently and result oriented.

Responsibilities:
To manage & prepare document for the overall office administration, account, HR work.
To fully support and undertakes administrative job duties to Management team, sales team, design team.
Ensure documents are filed on time and accurately.
Any other duty as assigned by the Management.
Organize and maintain proper office filing and record systems, and office environment.
Updating social media accounts
