Responsibilities 1. To provide administrative assistance. 2. To maintain confidentially of all office records, files, facts and all other documentation kept at office. 3. To maintain good filing system in the office. 4. To reply to emails and to perform typing, faxing and photocopying work. 5. To maintain the updated daily appointments and remind the superior of all meetings and appointments. 6. To maintain a good listing of superior\xe2\x80\x99s clients, guests, acquaintances with telephone numbers alphabetically. 7. To maintain adequate knowledge of the computer, the latest software, and office equipment. 8 To perform any other work as and when required. 9. Candidates with knowledge in Sales & Purchase agreement and Loan agreement will be advantage. Requirement Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Required skill (s) : Ms Word & Excel. Ability to work independently. Required Languages: English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia. With own transport. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
