  • Position: Administration and Filing Clerk.
  • Salary: RM 1300-1800.
  • Job location: Kuala Lumpur(Jalan Raja Laut; 5-day week).

Chrisjac is currently seeking individuals who are interested in office filling administration role for an established group of insurance companies in Kuala Lumpur city center.
Basic job function:
This junior entry level position would be responsible for record keeping tasks and filling of documents, completing paperwork and clerical duties.
Some of job duties would include:
  • Responsible for daily processing of incoming and outgoing mail, all photocopy work and all mail distribution.
  • Responsible for filing or attaching mail.
  • Responsible for file pulls as redirected by immediate supervisor.
  • Responsible for maintenance of al claim files, replacing old files.
  • Responsible for returning all files to the respective file shelves.
  • Perform data entry tasks when required.
  • Maintenance of records and filling activities.
The candidate
  • Malaysian male or female; age between 18-25.
  • Qualification: SPM or Diploma.
  • Ideally 1-2 years of work experience in office filing maintenance system.
  • Work experience in insurance industry would be an advantage.
  • Good computer and data entry skills.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
